These Terms apply to all Users of zo777, regardless of the device, browser or network through which they access the Platform. During registration, Users must provide accurate, complete and current information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials, including their username and password. zo777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Users must not share their login credentials with any third party.
If a User suspects unauthorised access to their Account, they must notify zo777 immediately via the contact details provided in Section 17. zo777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to maintain adequate Account security.
zo777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, money laundering indicators, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. Where an Account is closed by zo777 without evidence of User misconduct, any remaining balance of verified funds (net of bonus balances subject to wagering conditions) will be returned to the User using the original payment method where practicable.
zo777 requires all Users to complete identity verification in accordance with applicable KYC standards. Verification may be requested at registration, at the time of a first withdrawal request, or at any other time determined by zo777's compliance team.
